“It’s definitely one of the reasons. He called me and it all happened very quickly. We reached an agreement in less than 48 hours,” Jorginho told the UFABET.
Jorginho spent four-and-a-half years with Chelsea before switching west London for north at the end of the January transfer window. Arsenal were desperate to provide further cover for Partey and turn to the Italian after failing to land Brighton’s Moises Caicedo.
